ABOUT.

I’m passionate about empowering young girls in math, driven by a commitment to building their confidence.

As a social entrepreneur driven by impact, I’m dedicated to empowering those around me to become changemakers. Through Mission:MathMinds, founded in 2020, I’ve channeled my commitment to building a future where girls can fully cultivate their passion for math, a field often overlooked in early STEM exposure. We focus on creating a community of empowering female mentors and role models to help young girls develop confidence, redefine their relationship with math, and envision themselves as future leaders in STEM.

Our unique METS approach—focusing on Math as a foundational step toward broader STEM opportunities—challenges perception of math as a barrier and instead presents it as a gateway. By prioritizing mentorship, community service, and impactful role models, Mission:MathMinds has supported hundreds of students and is cultivating future generations of females to become leaders and mentors for the next generations.

CHALLENGE DRIVES ME

My passions—service, math, and music—have shaped my journey and strengthened my commitment to creating impact. Every transformative experience has brought challenges, but each has fueled my dedication to initiating change for societal good.

Through Mission:MathMinds, I’ve built a community of over 18,270 members, connecting girls, women, role models, educators, and policy leaders. Many young leaders ask me for a blueprint on starting a nonprofit. My answer? I wrote “Leading with Purpose” to share the challenges that shaped our journey and my growth as a leader.

Driven to help the next generation of leaders make a difference, I draw on my experiences in business competitions, which taught me vital skills like storytelling, case analysis, and networking. I’ve distilled these insights into my book “The Victory Formula”, guiding students on how to succeed in business.

By day, I’m a community servant; by night, an opera and musical theater singer—music is my free-spirited form of expression and often surprises those who know me.

My dedication to service continues through involvement with congressional youth advisory councils, education boards, and more. With a focus on serving my community, I’m inspired by the future of changemakers and excited to contribute to their journeys.

“The power of youth is the common wealth for the entire world. The faces of young people are the faces of our past, our present, and our future. No segment in the society can match with the power, idealism, enthusiasm, and courage of the young people.”
